Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker seeking a rewarding opportunity in the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Warwickshire? We are looking for an experienced professional who is committed to safeguarding children and enhancing the lives of families in our community. Join us in making a difference in the lives of children with disabilities and their families.

As a Qualified Social Worker in the CWD Team, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities and their families. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the well-being and development of children. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health and education professionals, to ensure holistic support. Providing direct support and guidance to families, empowering them to access services and resources. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with local and national standards.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working within a children’s social care setting, particularly with children with disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in social work.
