Join our dedicated team in Wiltshire as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) specializing in Children and Young Persons Disability. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. As a QSW, you will work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure that children with disabilities receive the support and services they need to thrive.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and young people with disabilities. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Providing support, guidance, and advocacy to children and their families. Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of care plans and making necessary adjustments. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and young people with disabilities. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
