We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Practitioner to join our Child Protection Team in Wolverhampton. As a Lead Practitioner, you will provide expert guidance and support to social work staff, ensuring that the highest standards of practice are maintained in the assessment and intervention processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading complex case management and ensuring effective multi-agency collaboration. Providing supervision and mentoring to social workers, enhancing their professional development.
