Join our dynamic Community Integrated Care (CIC) Team in Barnsley as an Advanced Practitioner in Qualified Social Work. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead and support our dedicated team in delivering high-quality services to vulnerable individuals and families. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
Providing expert guidance and supervision to social work staff, ensuring best practices are followed. Conducting complex assessments and developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs. Leading case reviews and multi-agency meetings to enhance service delivery and outcomes. Staying updated on relevant legislation and policies to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement. Mentoring and supporting the professional development of less experienced team members.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant post-qualifying experience in social work, particularly in community settings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
