The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant post-qualifying experience in social work, particularly in community settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users and stakeholders.
