As the Registered Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the care facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Building strong relationships with families, external agencies, and stakeholders to promote the best outcomes for children. A relevant Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Significant experience in a management role within children's residential care. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
