Are you a dedicated and passionate professional looking to make a difference in the lives of children and young people? We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our care services in Cardiff. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring that the needs of our young residents are met with compassion and professionalism. If you have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, we want to hear from you!

As the Registered Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the care facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Leading and supporting a team of care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Developing and implementing individual care plans tailored to the needs of each young person. Building strong relationships with families, external agencies, and stakeholders to promote the best outcomes for children. Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A relevant Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Significant experience in a management role within children's residential care. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals. Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and motivation.
