We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our team as a Cardiff - TM - Youth Justice Service position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and intervention to young people involved in the criminal justice system, with a focus on rehabilitation and reintegration.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for young people Delivering one-to-one and group interventions to address offending behavior Liaising with external agencies and professionals to coordinate support services Advocating for the needs and rights of young people within the justice system Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and outcomes

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in youth justice or a similar field Registration with the Social Care Wales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team Understanding of trauma-informed practice and restorative justice principles
