We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team in Bury. This role offers a competitive rate of £38 per hour and an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families to develop and implement care plans Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure the best possible support and services are in place Conducting risk assessments and safeguarding interventions as necessary Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required

Essential qualifications and skills:
