Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and their families to identify needs and risks. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals. Building trusting relationships with children and young people to empower them and ensure their voices are heard. Providing advice and guidance to foster carers and families to support the children’s development and well-being.
