Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's LP - Early Help Team. In this vital role, you will provide support and intervention to children and families facing challenges, ensuring they receive the help they need to thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families, developing tailored support plans. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver effective early help services. Building trusting relationships with children and families, empowering them to engage in the support process. Monitoring and reviewing progress, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with safeguarding policies.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW). Registered with Social Work England. Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding procedures, and family dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and motivate families.
