  • Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver effective early help services.

  • Monitoring and reviewing progress, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with safeguarding policies.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding procedures, and family dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and motivate families.
  • Experience in working with children and families in a social work setting is highly desirable.
