We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's PM for our Assessment & Support Team at The Royal Borough of Greenwich. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a caseload of children and families, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assessment and support services.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies Providing direct support and intervention to children and families in crisis situations Monitoring and reviewing progress to ensure positive outcomes for children and families Participating in multi-agency meetings and case conferences to coordinate services and supportThe ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within a children's services setting Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child protection and safeguarding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging environmentAdditional requirements for this role may include a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the borough.
