Children's PM - Assessment & Support Team - The Royal Borough of Greenwich
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's PM for our Assessment & Support Team at The Royal Borough of Greenwich. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a caseload of children and families, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assessment and support services.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies
- Providing direct support and intervention to children and families in crisis situations
- Monitoring and reviewing progress to ensure positive outcomes for children and families
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and case conferences to coordinate services and support
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within a children's services setting
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child protection and safeguarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Additional requirements for this role may include a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the borough.
