We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker specializing in children's services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to improving the lives of children and families, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. This role involves working collaboratively with families, schools, and community organizations to provide essential support and resources.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each child's unique situation. Advocating for children’s rights and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.Essential qualifications and skills required for this position include:
A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Social Worker in the relevant state. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
