We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to provide support and intervention for children in need, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing direct support and interventions to children and families, promoting their welfare and development. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with local policies. Participating in multi-agency meetings to coordinate support and share information effectively.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working in children’s social services, particularly in child protection and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and professionals.
