The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in children’s social services, particularly in child protection and family support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and professionals.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
