Join our dedicated Early Help Team in Liverpool as a Children’s Social Worker! We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to support children and families in need, ensuring their well-being and development. As a vital member of our team, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to provide early intervention services that prevent the escalation of issues within families.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in partnership with families. Collaborating with schools, health services, and community organizations to deliver comprehensive support. Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve positive outcomes. Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory and local requirements.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in early help or preventative services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
