Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? Central Bedfordshire is seeking a Children's Social Worker to join our Family Support Team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, providing essential support and interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of children within our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans tailored to the needs of children and their families. Working closely with families to identify strengths and areas for improvement, while providing guidance and support. Collaborating with external agencies, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to family support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with local and national standards. Participating in team meetings and contributing to case discussions to enhance service delivery.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience in child protection and family support services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
