Children's SW - Family Support Team - Central Bedfordshire

- Working closely with families to identify strengths and areas for improvement, while providing guidance and support.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with local and national standards.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to case discussions to enhance service delivery.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience in child protection and family support services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
