As a Qualified Social Worker in our Children’s Team - C&F, your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing tailored intervention plans. Conducting regular home visits and maintaining accurate case records to ensure compliance with safeguarding policies. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to provide comprehensive support services. Advocating for children's rights and representing their best interests in meetings and court proceedings. Providing guidance and support to foster carers and adoptive families.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
