As a Qualified Social Worker in our Children’s Team - C&F, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing tailored intervention plans.

  • Collaborating with multi-agency teams to provide comprehensive support services.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
