Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and reviews of children's needs. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to children and families to ensure their safety and well-being. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding processes.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification. Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly those in care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
