The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly those in care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in children's social care.
