Join our dedicated Children's Team in the beautiful Cotswolds as a Qualified Social Worker! We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to provide high-quality support and intervention for children and families in need. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of children, promoting their development and welfare within the community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing tailored care plans. Conducting home visits and engaging with children, parents, and other professionals to gather information and support interventions. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and local policies. Providing advice, support, and guidance to families to empower them in overcoming challenges. Contributing to child protection conferences and court proceedings as required.To be considered for this position, you must hold a relevant social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should possess:
Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong assessment and analytical abilities.
