We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced CIC/LAC - QSW to join our team in Bradford. As a Qualified Social Worker in this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting children in care and care leavers, ensuring their well-being and promoting positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertake assessments and create care plans for children and young people in care Provide direct support and intervention to children, young people, and their families Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children Participate in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required Advocate for the rights and needs of children in care, ensuring their voices are heard

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration and experience in children's services Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
