We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CSW - Social Worker specializing in Assessment and Safeguarding to join our dynamic team. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective safeguarding plans, using your expertise to advocate for those in need and promote positive outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify risks and needs. Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in collaboration with service users and multidisciplinary teams. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. Providing support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate available resources and services. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery and share best practices.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with the relevant social work regulatory body. Proven experience in assessment and safeguarding within a social work context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
