CSW - Social Worker - Assessment and Safeguarding
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CSW - Social Worker specializing in Assessment and Safeguarding to join our dynamic team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify risks and needs.
- Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in collaboration with service users and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Providing support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate available resources and services.
- Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Current registration with the relevant social work regulatory body.
- Proven experience in assessment and safeguarding within a social work context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
