We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Front Door team in Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to individuals and families in need of social care services.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Assessing the needs of service users and developing care plans Conducting risk assessments and safeguarding vulnerable individuals Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes Liaising with partner agencies and professionals to coordinate services Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure effective interventions

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in front-line social work, preferably within a Front Door team Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make evidence-based decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with service users and stakeholders Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload

In addition to the above requirements, candidates with experience in child protection, mental health, or substance misuse will be highly regarded.
