We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Court Adviser: A2 to join our dynamic team in the Qualified Social Work field. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert advice and support to families navigating the complexities of family court proceedings. Your work will directly impact the lives of children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are prioritized.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of family situations and dynamics to inform court decisions. Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for court hearings, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Facilitating communication between families, legal representatives, and the court to promote understanding and resolution. Providing emotional support and guidance to families throughout the court process. Collaborating with other professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and legal advisors, to create a holistic approach to family welfare.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with the relevant social work regulatory body. Proven experience in child protection, family support, or related fields. Strong analytical and report-writing skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
