We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Disability Service team in Blackburn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to children and families with disabilities, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and developing care plans Working collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to provide holistic support Conducting risk assessments and safeguarding vulnerable children Advocating for the rights and best interests of children with disabilities Participating in case conferences, reviews, and multidisciplinary meetings

Essential qualifications and skills:
