We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Social Worker to join our MASH Team in Wiltshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing the risks to children and young people who may be at significant harm.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families referred to the MASH Team Making timely decisions on appropriate interventions and safeguarding actions Working collaboratively with partner agencies to gather information and coordinate responses Participating in multi-agency meetings and case conferences to ensure the best outcomes for children Providing support and guidance to less experienced team members

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England Demonstrable experience working within a Children's Services setting, preferably in a MASH Team Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make evidence-based decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and professionals Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload
