As a Social Worker within our Children in Care team, you will have a range of key responsibilities, including:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the individual needs of children in care. Building trusting relationships with children and their families, advocating for their rights and needs. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective interventions and support services. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children in care, ensuring that they receive appropriate support and resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national standards.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a statutory setting. Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
