We are seeking a talented individual to join our Support & Safeguarding team, where you will play a vital role in protecting vulnerable individuals and promoting their well-being. As a Qualified Social Worker in our Support & Safeguarding team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support individuals and families. Working closely with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and promote their welfare. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local policies and procedures. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
