Children's SW - LAC/CIC Team - Wiltshire

- Conducting regular reviews and monitoring of care plans to ensure they meet the changing needs of children.
- Providing support and guidance to foster carers and adoptive families.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children in care or looked after children.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
