We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Hinckley Family Help team in Leicestershire. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality social work services to families in need within the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing the needs of families and developing comprehensive care plans Providing direct support and intervention to families facing complex challenges Supervising and supporting junior staff members to ensure effective service delivery Liaising with external agencies and professionals to coordinate holistic support for families Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in working with families in a social work setting Strong assessment and intervention skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
