Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children in care, ensuring their needs are met. Providing support and guidance to children and young people, fostering their emotional and social development. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a looked-after children context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
