  • Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster placements, ensuring stability and safety for children.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Experience working in children's social work, preferably within fostering or adoption settings.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a varied caseload.
