We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager for our Harm Outside the Home unit, offering a competitive rate of £42.84 per hour on an Umbrella basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals in our community. As a Team Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of qualified social workers and support staff, overseeing case management and promoting best practices in safeguarding.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and supervising a team of social workers and support staff in the delivery of high-quality services. Managing complex casework, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and local policies. Conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster professional development and team cohesion. Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Providing expert guidance and support to team members on safeguarding issues and risk assessments.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
