We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Wiltshire. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families within the CWD Team, ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertaking assessments and developing care plans for children with disabilities and their families Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support to children and families Advocating for the rights and best interests of children with disabilities Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant social work qualification and HCPC registration Demonstrated experience working with children with disabilities and their families Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload
