Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans aimed at safeguarding children. Carrying out home visits and engaging with families to provide support and guidance. Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding.
