We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's SW - Complex Care Needs Team in the beautiful region of Yorkshire. As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support, guidance, and intervention to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in line with statutory requirements. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to reflect on practice and improve service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children who have complex care needs and their families. Strong assessment and intervention skills, with a solid understanding of safeguarding principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
