Senior Social Worker - Locality - Wakefield

Wakefield Locality is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services to individuals and families within the community. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of service users.

  • Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and support staff.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
