As a Senior Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing intervention plans tailored to individual circumstances. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Providing supervision and guidance to junior social workers and support staff. Maintaining accurate and timely case records in accordance with policy and legislation.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Significant post-qualification experience in a statutory social work setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex cases effectively.
