Join our dedicated team in Wirral as a Social Worker within the Permanence and Assessment and Intervention Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled individual to make a difference in the lives of children and families. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing intervention strategies, and ensuring that all actions are in the best interest of those you serve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and timely case records and documentation. Working closely with other agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and family support. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
