We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Partnership (MAP) team within the MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) in Woking, Surrey. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing intervention plans to address identified needs. Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to share information and provide holistic support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within a MASH or similar environment is highly desirable. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
