We are currently seeking a dedicated Locality Sr. Social Worker to join our team in Bradford. As a key member of our Qualified Social Work department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to individuals and families in need within the local community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and risks of service users Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals Providing direct support and intervention to vulnerable individuals and families Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and case conferences Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration and experience in a similar role Demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
