We are currently seeking a dedicated Locality Sr. Social Worker to join our team in Bradford. As a key member of our Qualified Social Work department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to individuals and families in need within the local community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and risks of service users
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals
  • Providing direct support and intervention to vulnerable individuals and families
