Are you a dedicated and compassionate social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of families in Lincolnshire? We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Family Assessment and Support team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing the needs of families and providing targeted support to ensure their well-being and safety.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of family situations and needs. Developing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and relevant stakeholders. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to case discussions. Engaging with external agencies and community organizations to facilitate support services.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in family assessment and support within a social work context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
