Social Worker - Family Assessment and Support - Lincolnshire

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in family assessment and support within a social work context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
