Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of families? We are seeking a qualified Social Worker for our Family Safeguarding team in Blackpool. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting families facing challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive outcomes for children and parents alike.
As a Social Worker in our Family Safeguarding team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans for families. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to family support. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, empowering them to achieve their goals. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and family safeguarding. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
