We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Wiltshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families to develop appropriate care plans. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Providing support and guidance to families to promote their well-being and enhance their coping mechanisms. Advocating for the rights and best interests of children with disabilities in all interactions and decision-making processes. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all case work in accordance with regulatory standards.

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working with children with disabilities and their families in a social work setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills to identify needs and risks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
