Join our dedicated Assessment & Intervention Team in Wrexham as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families within our community. We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional who is committed to delivering high-quality social work services that promote well-being and safeguard vulnerable populations. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of service users, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective support and outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in team meetings and case reviews to discuss progress and share best practices. Providing support and guidance to less experienced team members and contributing to their professional development.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Care Wales. Proven experience in statutory social work settings, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
