To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Care Wales.
- Proven experience in statutory social work settings, particularly in assessment and intervention.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
