Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and other stakeholders. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Experience in children's social work, particularly in child protection and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children and families.
