Children's SSW - C&F Team - Oxfordshire

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing effective care plans for children and families in need.
- Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver comprehensive services.
- Providing direct support and guidance to children and families, empowering them to make positive changes.
- Documenting case notes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Participating in team meetings, supervision, and continuous professional development.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage a caseload.
